Hunter Nichols is a professionally trained singer, actor, dancer in New York City with over 8 years of experience in productions, showcases, and cabarets. He has played a diverse range of roles such as Man #3/The Observer in Putting It Together and Sky in Mamma Mia. In addition to his inclusion in different productions, he has been trained by Broadway professionals in intensives such as Cincinnati Conservatory of Music Summer Program and Destination Broadway.
Hunter has recently just graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy to further his education in the arts. He continues to take voice lessons from Hal Thomas. Throughout his upbringing, he took dance classes at Roni’s Dance taught by Roni Banfield and Laura Baresel and took basic piano lessons from Kris Wampler.
Hunter is currently enrolled in The New School planning to earn his B.F.A. in Musical Theatre and working as a studio coordinator for Sunlight Studios while auditioning every day.
Now that his time at AMDA has come to a close, Hunter feels he has what it takes to be in this industry. He is looking forward to getting his name out there and touching as many people’s hearts as he can, creating art through storytelling.
